Combat Veteran · Engineer · Negotiator · Author

Different worlds. One operating system.

I am Alexander Mirvis. My background spans U.S. Army infantry service, software engineering, cybersecurity, AI systems, telecom, legal operations, personal injury and medical malpractice settlement work, authorship, and entrepreneurship. The common thread is simple: understand the problem, strip away the noise, and find a result that works in the real world.

About Me

I never stayed inside one professional box.

My career has moved through the military, technology, cybersecurity, telecommunications, business operations, and the legal industry. That may look chaotic on paper. In practice, these fields overlap constantly. They all depend on process, evidence, communication, risk analysis, human behavior, and the ability to make decisions when information is incomplete and pressure is real.

In technology, I work across software engineering, PHP, Python, C++, SQL, Linux infrastructure, AI and LLM applications, VoIP, Asterisk and FreePBX, automation, and cybersecurity. In the legal field, my experience includes personal injury and medical malpractice case management, settlement negotiations, liability analysis, insurance claims, litigation support, medical records, damages, mediation, and the practical work of moving difficult cases from a file cabinet to resolution.

I am also an author. My books take an deliberately unfiltered look at legal practice, negotiations, office culture, insurance companies, difficult clients, and what happens behind the polished reception area once the conference-room door closes.
